Finally, I finished my 6 weeks postpartum recovery! Among the tons of things I bought, these 5 things turned out to be the most essential ones.
Frida Mom Upside Down Peri Bottle

As the blood and lochia keep coming out, the side-cut wound needs to be healed, it's very important to keep the clitoris clean.
Frida Mom Peri bottle is useful. Basically, you need to use it every time you go to the bathroom.
2. Disposable underwear
In the first 2 to 3 weeks, the out-flow of blood is quite a lot. At the same time, you will be too weak to clean normal underwear, or you don't want to destroy underwear that you like.
In this condition, disposable underwear is very convenient. You can be relaxed even if it gets stains, just throw it away.
3. Nursing pads
I was surprised at how big my breasts got! I even got stretch marks on both my breasts 3 days after the birth of my baby.
On the one hand, my son and I are very blessed with a good quantity of breast milk supply, on the other hand, it is actually very messy with the breast milk leaking out constantly. It even shoots out like a water gun.
I prepared 60 pads beforehand, they were gone in terms of days. Because once the milk comes out and the pad gets full, I need to change it. I never thought that I would use them, because I had worried about not having enough milk supply.

Nursing pads are essential to not getting your shirts messy. Especially when you have an extra supply of milk, don't suck it out, just let it naturally flow out. Because the more you extract out the milk, you are sending more massages to your brain to produce more milk.
It's normal that your breasts are working like crazy the first few days after having a baby. Your brain wants to produce a lot to feed your baby. The demand-supply balance of breast milk may take weeks to be found. It took me about 7 weeks. Therefore, nursing pads really came in handy for the first chaotic weeks of having a baby.
4. Haakaa

When you breastfeed on one side, the other side will also get a surge of milk. This is when haakaa comes into use. It will catch the leak on the side that is not feeding, then you can store the precious milk for another time.
My leak is a lot, sometimes I get up to 100ml. It is good enough for a meal!
5. Water bottle with a straw
To produce breast milk, your brain will send lots of messages to make you feel thirsty. You will feel especially thirsty when you are nursing the baby. You need a good intake of liquid. Therefore a water bottle with a straw will help you a lot. Put the water bottle by the side of your nursing chair and just with one hand, to get the water you need.
